By joining the waitlist, visiting this website, or downloading, accessing, or using the GAFFER app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GAFFER helps you find and compare odds offered by third-party bookmakers. Features may include odds comparison, bet slip building, slip scanning, bet tracking, and links to a bookmaker's own app or website. GAFFER is not a bookmaker, sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, or wallet. It does not accept wagers or payments and cannot place, amend, cash out, or settle bets on your behalf.

GAFFER does not provide betting, financial, or legal advice. Odds, stats, ratings, and any other information shown are for general information only and are not a prediction, recommendation, or guarantee of any outcome.

You must be at least 18 years old to use GAFFER. The service is intended for users in the United Kingdom. You are responsible for complying with the laws and age restrictions that apply where you live, and you must not use the service to facilitate unlawful gambling or any other unlawful conduct.

Odds and related data shown in GAFFER come from third-party sources and the bookmakers themselves, and prices move constantly. While we work to show accurate, current prices, we cannot guarantee that any price shown will be available when you reach the bookmaker. The price, terms, and settlement of any bet are determined solely by the bookmaker you place it with — always confirm the price on the bookmaker's own bet slip before placing a bet.

Third-party names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners. References to leagues, teams, players, competitions, or bookmakers are for identification only. GAFFER is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, any league, club, player, or bookmaker.

GAFFER may include links to third-party bookmakers and may receive a commission or other fee in connection with those links. This does not affect the odds shown or the order in which results appear.

Some of GAFFER's responses, ratings, and summaries are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. They reflect statistical estimates, not knowledge of future events, and must not be relied on as advice. You are solely responsible for any betting decision you make.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or disrupt the service; attempt unauthorised access to GAFFER systems or data; or use the service in a way that violates any law, intellectual property rights, or third-party terms, including a bookmaker's terms of service.

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect — such as your email address when you join the waitlist — and how it is used and protected.

GAFFER is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any odds, stats, or ratings will be accurate or complete. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaffer Odds Ltd and GAFFER will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including losses related to betting decisions, stakes or winnings, third-party data errors, price changes, service interruptions, or reliance on information shown in the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms or applicable law, or creates a security or operational risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the last updated date above. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Betting should be fun. If it stops being fun — if it is causing financial, emotional, or relationship harm — stop and seek support. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
